How To Avoid Selling Counterfeit Products On Online Auctions

45-Year Old EBay Powerseller Since 1997 Lays Out A Complete Step-By-Step Roadmap On How He Has Made Over $8.7 Million On EBay Over The Last 10 Years.

Everyone knows that the best selling products on
online auctions are those made by a brand name.

Because brand name merchandise is the hottest category
on eBay, and on other online auctions, the temptation not to
closely examine your products can be great.

But as you well know, it is both ethically wrong, and illegal,
to sell counterfeit merchandise.

So how do you determine the authenticity of the brand name
merchandise before selling it online?

Always establish the source of the merchandise before selling it
on an online auction, or through any other sales channel.

For example, you would want to know if the brand name
products you are listing on online auctions originate directly
from the brand, or if they are overstock from a department store.

Never buy brand name merchandise directly from a
factory, since the factories do not have permission to
sell their overproduction directly to consumers.

If a factory insists that they have permission to
sell you their overproduction, verify this by contacting the
owner of the brand directly.
